1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using Akmond Notify ("Service"), a product of Akmond Business Networks Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2 API and Delivery Infrastructure

Akmond Notify provides proprietary routing infrastructure via the Akmond Master Node, as well as options to deploy your own Personal Node. If you choose to link a Personal Node using your own phone number, Akmond Business Networks Limited is not liable for any suspension, banning, or throttling of your personal WhatsApp account or phone numbers by Meta Platforms, Inc.

3 Database Security & Liability

If utilizing our Sentinel Engine, you agree to provide Akmond Notify with Read-Only database access credentials. While Akmond utilizes AES-256 military-grade encryption for credential storage, you accept that connecting a remote database carries inherent risks. We are not liable for data loss, breaches, or downtime occurring on your external servers or hosting environments.

4 Payments & Subscriptions

All Pay-As-You-Go API credit purchases are final and non-refundable. If your Sentinel Engine monitoring or API access is paused due to an exhausted wallet balance, we are not responsible for any missed transaction alerts or unsent OTPs during the paused period.

5 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% routing uptime, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Planned maintenance windows or infrastructure upgrades will be communicated via your registered email or CRM dashboard.
